I wish to put in writing my family’s appreciation of the wonderful work put in by Sharon and Robyn which culminated in the successful sale of our late sister’s house last Saturday.
Right from our very first meeting, I was impressed with their professionalism, and the way they explained everything clearly and made us feel part if any decision making.
The advertising campaign was very well planned and went exceptionally well. We received the Weekly Reports telling us exactly what had happened during each week. They were always approachable about any queries we might have had. Nothing was too much trouble for them – not to mention the personal delivery of flyers in the letter boxes around the area.
I personally was very grateful for their courtesy, as I had the most contact with them, and I was well aware if the compassion shown by them, as they realised it was a very emotional time for me and my family.
Then last Saturday, we were also impressed by the work put into getting the signs and bunting organised and the team effort shown by the other Harcourts New Farm members in heeding the “call to arms” before, during and after the Auction.
Robyn has also been good enough to forward the photos taken at the Auction which is also much appreciated.
Suffice to say, Barbara, we have been very happy with what has eventuated and will have no hesitation in recommending Harcourts New Farm to anyone we hear of who may wish to buy or sell a property.
