HARCOURTS NEW FARM is a family style boutique agency established in January 2002 and situated in the Newstead/New Farm/Teneriffe precinct.

Barbara Pridham, Queensland’s Property Manager of the Year is the Licensee and has more than 20 years in the Property Management Industry.  Kylie Pridham has also been in the property management industry for more than 12  years & was runner-up Property Manager of the Year in 2002.  Kylie is Barbara’s daughter and Co Owner of the business.

Smaller by choice and boutique by design, we offer clients a very special level of service in the management of their most valuable property.
